Your Questions, Answered

Everything you need to know before getting started. Still unsure? We're happy to talk it through.

1How do I know if I should get assessed?

If traits like difficulty focusing, restlessness, social or sensory differences are affecting daily life, work or relationships, an assessment can bring clarity. There's no "too mild" — if you're wondering, that's reason enough to talk to us.

2Do you assess both children and adults?

Yes. Our clinicians work across the full age range, from children aged five through to adults in later life, with assessment pathways tailored to each stage.

3How long does an assessment take?

Most clients are seen within 2–4 weeks of booking. The assessment itself involves questionnaires, an in-depth clinical interview and a written report you can share with your GP, school or employer.

4Can you support a formal diagnosis at school or work?

Absolutely. We provide detailed reports, EHCP input and reasonable-adjustment letters designed to be recognised by schools, universities and employers.

5What happens after a diagnosis?

A diagnosis is the beginning, not the end. We offer coaching, therapy, medication management and family support so you leave with a clear, practical plan — not just a label.
